From Bankstown you will head west flying towards the edge of the Blue Mountains National Park, and get spectacular views of Warragamba Dam and Sydney surrounds. You’ll be learning how to fly the aircraft throughout, and there will be plenty of opportunities for photos before returning.
On arrival at Sydney Flight College at Bankstown Airport you will have a 10 minute pre-flight briefing with one of our instructors where you will learn the basic controls of flying a light aircraft. You’ll then head out to the aeroplane for the pre-flight inspection and get to see in more detail how the aircraft’s controls work.
After taxi and takeoff you’ll soon be soaring over Sydney’s western suburbs and then over Warragamba Dam while learning how to fly the aircraft.
